Meet the Team
Patrick Vickers - Owner/CEO
Patrick’s career began in drywall, where he eventually started his own company in Provo, Utah. Drawn back to California, he expanded his expertise into commercial construction, mastering trades like steel stud framing and T-bar ceilings. Pursuing real estate appraisal further honed his skillset, ultimately leading him into home flipping and becoming a licensed general contractor. Known for working closely with his team and his clients, Patrick’s motto remains: crafting your vision into reality.
Antony Galvan - Sales Manager
Antony has been an LA native for 25 years. He was a former pro cyclist in the 80’s and 90’s, Later becoming a Personal Trainer with a degree in Kinesiology and an Undergrad at UC Berkeley. He had a passion for wood working and found himself turning his wood working hobby into a career, starting a successful finish Carpentry business with a vast knowledge in cabinet making.
Sonya Ceuch - Interior Designer
Sonya is an accomplished interior designer with over a decade of experience in LA and training from The School for Architecture and Industrial Design in Philadelphia. Specializing in furniture design, luxury staging, and interior spaces, she brings a visionary yet functional approach to every project. Sonya’s attention to detail and personalized style ensures each space reflects her clients' vision, combining beauty with practicality to bring their dreams to life.
Jake Shirvanyan - Architect
Jake, a USC-trained architect with over a decade of experience, specializes in eco-friendly, residential design-build projects. His portfolio includes single-family renovations, custom builds, ADUs, and award-winning educational work for LAUSD and Caltech. Known for a collaborative approach, he delivers high-quality, sustainable designs tailored to enhance public and private spaces.
